Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content / PDF Download)

1) Right of Withdrawal (Consumers only)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Withdrawal period The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded. How to exercise your right of withdrawal To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (support@promptyouravatar.com) by an unequivocal statement (e.g., an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the following wording (not mandatory): “I hereby withdraw from the contract concluded by me for the purchase of the following digital content: [product-name], ordered on [date], order number [#]. Name: [name], email used for the order: [email].” To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

2) Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice. We will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

3) Special note for digital content (immediate delivery)

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (download), your right of withdrawal expires once:

  1. you have expressly agreed that we begin performance before the withdrawal period ends, and

  2. you have confirmed that you acknowledge you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.

Practical checkout note: In WooCommerce you should implement a mandatory checkbox like:

“I agree to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once the download/access begins.”
